Readonly command

The Readonly command sets the current connection to a "read-only" connection, as if the current user were defined as a readOnlyAccess user.

Syntax

READONLY { ON | OFF }

ij> connect 'jdbc:derby:menuDB';
ij> readonly on;
ij> SELECT * FROM menu;
